History
First 5 Years started in 2019 in Rotterdam art spaces. Each edition three guest speakers showed their work, shared experiences and answered questions from the audience. From March 2020-2022 these events changed into 15 minutes online interviews, shot from home, obviously without any audience. In 2022, First 5 Years started running shows for a live audience within the environment of the WdKA again. The basic idea remained: (former WdKA) creative professionals talking about the start of their career and running their practice.
